Rates

*Rates include 24-hour general nursing care, recreational activities and special diets.  There are additional charges for physical, speech and occupational therapies, laboratory, pharmacy, certain medical supplies as well as the specific charges listed above.  Consultation is also available for dental, podiatry and optometric services.

If you are covered under Medicare A

We are pleased to accept Medicare. If you are covered under the Medicare program you would pay the following:

• Day 1 through Day 20 – $0.00 per day
• Day 21 through Day 100 – $200.00 per day (co-pay)

This rate will change January 1st of each year.

St. Mary’s Nursing & Rehabilitation Center also accepts private insurance with certain insurance providers for the $200.00 per day Medicare coinsurance.

If you are covered under Maryland Medicaid

We are pleased and proud to accept Maryland Medicaid.

If you are covered under the Medicaid program you would pay the amount which is determined by the Department of Social Services.

We will gladly assist you in applying for Medicaid.

If you are a private pay resident

Meaning you are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid – Your room rate would be as follows:

Room and Board Charges: Effective January 1, 2023 are stated above

Room and board rates include 24-hour general nursing care, recreational activities and special diets.

There are additional charges for pharmacy, medical supplies, and services, depending on the medical care that is required.

Consultation is also available for dental, podiatry, and optometry services.
